Targeted refurbishment
If the existing roof is sound and suitable, refurbishment may be possible without removing the entire build-up. We assess this during an on-site inspection.

Your application
We design roof coatings and waterproofing to suit the existing roof construction. We consider the surface and its details together, including junctions, upstands and penetrations.
If the existing roof is sound and suitable, refurbishment may be possible without removing the entire build-up. We assess this during an on-site inspection.
Roof edges, outlets, penetrations and junctions are included in the waterproofing design.
The primer, polyurea membrane and final protective coat are selected to suit the substrate and expected exposure.
System build-up & documentation
The final build-up and coating thickness are specified for the roof, substrate and approved system.
Assess the existing roof, clean and prepare the surface, and repair suitable areas.
Select the primer for the substrate and the specified waterproofing system.
Create a continuous membrane, including upstands, outlets and penetrations.
Specify the finishing coat for weather exposure, UV protection and intended use.
For Polyurea Rayston, the manufacturer's technical data sheet lists European Technical Assessment ETA 16/0148 (ETAG 005). The relevant system requirements determine the specification and application.

From assessment to application
Assess the roof construction, moisture, adhesion and drainage.
Match preparation, primer, coating and protective coat to the property.
Apply the selected system to the prepared substrate and complete the details.
Check and document roof junctions, coating thickness and workmanship.
Roof refurbishment
The key points before we inspect your property.
That depends on its condition, moisture and adhesion. We assess the existing build-up before deciding which areas can remain and which require repair or removal.
Yes. Roof edges, upstands, outlets and penetrations are considered together with the roof surface when specifying the waterproofing.
Roof area, access, substrate condition, preparation and the number of details determine the scope. Send us the location, approximate area and photos for an initial assessment.
Coating thickness, junctions and workmanship are checked and documented. Access and return to use are agreed for the specific system and project.
